Kazan's sketch #47

Deze kaart heb ik gistermiddag nog gemaakt n.a.v. de schets op 2S4Y.
Al het papier is weer uit mijn blok K&Company papier. De tekst is een strookje van K&C waar allemaal tekst op geprint is.
Mijn bedoeling was een rustige kaart met overwegend wit, maar zoals je ziet is dat me niet gelukt!

Again a great skech at 2S4Y. I made this card with paper from K&Company. The sentiment is also a piece of that paper.

2Sketches4You, Kazan's sketch 46

Vanochtend had ik een ochtend vrij en heb dit kaartje gemaakt n.a.v. de schets van Kazan op 2S4Y. Ik heb er een tag in verwerkt. Het kaartje is voor Sarah (Mrs. J) en haar man, zij hebben een dochtertje gekregen en ze heet: Martha! Is dat niet leuk?

Het papier is weer van K&Company.

This morning I made a card for 2S4Y. It was a great sketch.This card is for Sarah (Mrs. J) and her husband. Sarah gave birth to a beautiful little girl named: Martha! Isn't that great?The paper I used is from K&Company.

Laura's sketch #43

Na een hele lange tijd heb ik weer eens een kaartje gemaakt voor 2S4Y.

Ik vond het lastige schets trouwens. Ik heb een flapje gemaakt en als je die omhoog klapt zie je het hartje. Dat heb ik gesneden m.b.v. de cricut en voor de vorm van het flapje heb ik de nestabilities labels eight gebruikt. Het slotje heb ik uit een foto geknipt.

It has been a while since I made a card for 2S4Y. But today I found some time to make one.

I thought it was a difficult sketch. I made a "flap" and if you pull that up you will see the heart.

The heart I made with my cricut and the shape of the front of the card I made with nestabilities labels eight. The paper is from basic grey. The lock I cut out of a picture.

Laura's sketch #36

Ik heb eens een kaartje gemaakt voor 2S4Y, dat is weer even geleden. Mooie schets deze week.
Weer een vintage kaart, ik vind dat toch wel erg leuk om te doen. Het papier met de rozen heb ik van Ellen gekregen. Het groene gedeelte (beneden) had ik nog liggen. Ik heb 1 roosje uitgeknipt en met foam over een ander roosje geplakt, dat zie je niet goed op de foto.
Het labeltje heb ik gemaakt van het papier wat ik overhad, de tekst is een rub on. Met distress inkt heb ik de kaart ouder gemaakt.

Today I made a card for 2S4Y. It has been a while, but what a nice sketch this week.
It is a vintage card, I really like making such cards. The paper with roses I got from Ellen. The green paper on the bottom is paper I had for some time. I cut out one rose and put it on top of another rose with foam. I used distress ink to make the card a little older.
The picture is from the site I mentioned in my message earlier.

Laura's Sketch 34

Een kaartje gemaakt n.a.v. Laura's schets op 2S4Y. Lang geleden dat ik heb meegedaan.

Had wat moeite met de schets, terwijl ik dacht dat het een makkie zou worden. Ik had eerst heel iets anders in gedachten en dit is het uiteindelijk geworden. De foto is niet echt mooi helaas. Ik heb een doorkijkje gemaakt, het plaatje van het jongetje heb ik uitgeknipt en voor het doorkijkje geplakt.

Folkert is gistermiddag voor zijn eerste revalidatie naar het ZH geweest. Blij dat ik mee was, want er werd nog eens gezegd dat hij het echt rustig aan moet doen de komende zes weken!

I made this card for 2S4Y. It has been a while unfortunately.

The photograph is not that great, maybe you can enlarge it for a better look at it.

I made a peeping hole, cut out the picture of the little boy and put it in front of the hole.

Bonus Sketch Latisha, 2S4Y

Heb vanmiddag nog zitten knutselen. Het weer is er naar, hoewel de zon nu schijnt!!
Ik vond de bonusschets van Latisha wel erg leuk. De lieveheersbeestjes heb ik 2 keer gestempeld in verschillende kleuren en op elkaar geplakt met foam tape. Het papier is van Cosmo Cricket.

This afternoon I made the bonus sketch from Latisha, that I liked very much.
The ladybug is a stamp and the paper I used is Cosmo Cricket.

Kazan's sketch 30

Ik heb net deze kaart gemaakt voor 2s4y. Dacht het eerst een lastige schets te vinden, maar het viel uiteindelijk toch mee. Wat roze kant gebruikt en sorry, toch weer vlinders.

Dennis (onze oudste zoon) is met vrienden van ons (hun zoon is weer een vriend van Dennis) naar Kroatië. Hij ligt nu, denk ik, lekker in zee. Vind het toch wel moeilijk, maar ik wilde hem deze reis niet onthouden. Kon toch moeilijk zeggen dat ik heimwee zou krijgen. Volgens mijn collega heb ik nu al last van het lege nest syndroom. Dat wordt nog wat...

Nu maar het gezellig maken voor Max (die trouwens een ontsteking aan zijn voet heeft en op de bank ligt), werken en kaartjes maken.

I just made this card for Kazan's sketch. I used some pink lace and I am sorry, but again butterflies.

Loved the last couple of weeks at 2S4Y. Did you see what great cards Sankari made and she won!!

Laura's sketch 28

Ik heb de schets van Laura omgekeerd, je kunt de kaart in het midden openen. Heb wat eyelets gebruikt waar het lint door heen kan. Het label hangt met draad aan de strik. Het papier is van Penny Lane.

I flipped the sketch from Laura so you can open the card in the middle. Punched some eyelets where the ribbon is going through and used some bling. The label with the sentiment I attached with some floss at the ribbon. The paper is from Penny Lane.

Kaart...

Deze kaart had ik ook nog gemaakt n.a.v. de top 30 schets. Kon niet kiezen maar heb uiteindelijk de andere ingestuurd zoals jullie misschien wel weten.
Helaas niet in de top 20, maar wel heel blij met de top 30 natuurlijk!!!
Ik wil alle dames feliciteren die nu in de top 20 zitten, hun kaarten zijn geweldig en ben erg benieuwd naar de kaarten n.a.v. de nieuwe schets. En ook natuurlijk wie er uiteindelijk wint.

Unfortunately I didn't make the top 20, but I am really glad making the top 30!!!
I want to congratulate all the ladies who made the top 20!!! Their cards were beautiful! And I am very curious what they will make of this new sketch!! Good luck :)

Top 30 schets...

Wat was ik verbaasd toen Eveline mij zondagavond zei dat ik in de top 30 zat van 2S4Y de Ultimate Card Showdown. Er waren meer dan 400 prachtige kaarten ingestuurd en ik zou dan bij de laatste 30 zitten? Ik geloofde het eerst niet en heb (nadat de computer het eindelijk weer deed) volgens mij wel een paar keer mijn naam aangeklikt om te kijken of het echt wel naar mijn blog ging :)
De andere dames van de top 30 zijn geweldig en ik ben erg blij dat ik mee mag doen voor de volgende ronde, maar het zal moeilijk worden.
Nu moet ik een kaart maken n.a.v. een schets speciaal voor de top 30 en die schets vond ik eerst best wel lastig, maar dit heb ik er uiteindelijk van gemaakt. De bloem bestaat uit hartjes die ik dubbel heb gevouwen en over elkaar heen heb geplakt. Het papier is weer van My Minds Eye, de pretty please serie. En nu maar duimen....

How surprised I was when Eveline called that I made the top 30 at the 2S4Y Ultimate Card Showdown. There were over 400 entries and I was one of the last 30?? I couldn't believe it at first and (after the computer finally did it again) I clicked a few times my name to check if it really was my blog :) The other cards and ladies of the top 30 are just amazing and I am so honored to take part of this ultimate showdown.
I made this card yesterday afternoon. The flower exists out of hearts that I folded and then glued them together. The paper is from My Minds Eye, the pretty please serie.
And now keeping my fingers crossed.......

Kazan's Sketch 27

Op de valreep nog een kaartje voor 2S4Y. Heb de cirkel en de vlinder opgehoogd, maar dat zie je niet goed op de foto. De middelste blauwe bloem heb ik uit papier geknipt.
Het papier is van My Mind's Eye: Cheery Flowers en Stripes.

Laura's Sketch 26

Tjonge, jonge, dacht even een kaartje te maken n.a.v. Laura haar schets op 2S4Y. De schets leek zo gemakkelijk.
Nou, niets van waar, ik ben heel vaak bij de knutseltafel weggelopen om wat anders te doen. Nu toch de kaart klaar en stuur het maar in.
De appel heb ik gemaakt met de cricut en het papier is van My mind's Eye, just Dreamy 2.

Wow, just wanted to make a card this morning, because Laura made a beautiful one at 2S4Y (and they had a huge surprise).
I thought it was an easy sketch. Well, was I wrong! It never took me so long to make a card, but finally finished it. The apple is made by the cricut. The paper is from My mind's Eye, Dreamy 2. And the sentiment means: get wel soon!

Kazan's sketch 26

De stempel van de cupcake, met allemaal losse onderdelen, had ik al een poos liggen. Nu maar eens gebruikt voor de schets van Kazan op 2S4Y. De tekst heb ik uitgeprint. Verder de kaart rustig gehouden.

De stamp of the cupcake I had for quite a while. Now was the time to use it for the sketch of Kazan at 2S4Y. I printed the text and added not to much embellishments.

Kazan's sketch 25

Vanavond dit kaartje gemaakt n.a.v. de schets van Kazan. Ook nemen we afscheid van het DT. Erg jammer, ze zijn allemaal geweldig en ik heb genoten van hun mooie creaties.
Maar natuurlijk ben ik ook benieuwd naar het nieuwe team!
De tekening van de baby heb ik nagetekend van een tekening dat op een geboortekaartje stond die ik een tijd geleden kreeg. Vond het zo'n schattige tekening dat ik het zelf eens wilde natekenen. De ster heb ik ook getekend en uitgeknipt.
Verder niet te veel toeters en bellen gebruikt. Als je de foto vergroot is het wat beter te zien.

Tonight I made this card. Kazan made a beautiful sketch and card this week. Also we are saying goodbye to the DT. Thanks for all your inspiration, your creations were and are fabulous :)
But I have to say that I am very curious who will be the new members of the DT!!
The drawing of the baby I made with a pencil from a model that was at a card for a baby I received a while ago. I loved it so much that I wanted to draw it myself. The star I made with a pencil too and cut it out of design paper.

Heb er weer een knutseldag van gemaakt, heerlijk! Deze kaart is n.a.v. de schets van Laura.
En heb ik al gezegd dat ik één van de vier winnaars was bij de Cuttlebugchallenge? Ben er erg blij mee!!

I made time to make some cards today, loved it. This card I made for 2S4Y. Laura made the sketch this week and a beautiful card!
And I was one of the 4 winners at the Cuttlebug Challenge, I was so happy!!

Kazan's sketch 24

Deze kaart is n.a.v. de schets van Kazan op 2S4Y . Ik heb de schets deze keer gedraaid.
(Ik weet het, weer bling, vlinders, roosjes, maar ik vind ze zo leuk!!! :))
En.... ik zit in de top 5 van Cardpatterns . Erg leuk en een hele verrassing!!!!

Deze kaart heb ik gemaakt n.a.v. de schets van Laura op 2S4Y. Heb het kleine tasje gemaakt naar het voorbeeld op het blog van Ewonne. De foto's zijn wat donker, omdat het REGENT!!

It was Laura's turn to make a sketch and card at 2S4Y. Loved the card Laura :)

Ewonne had a tutorial at her blog. She makes the most beautiful things!

The pictures are not to great because it is RAINING!!

Kazan's sketch 23 and Bonus sketch Berdien

Vandaag was het heerlijk rustig in huis, dus heb ik de hele tijd geknutseld. Natuurlijk ondertussen de was gedraaid, Kira uitgelaten etc. Maar toch......De eerste kaart is n.a.v. de schets van Kazan.

Ik heb het uiltje met witte embossing poeder bewerkt en de tweede kaart is n.a.v. de schets van Berdien .

Today it was so quiet in our house so that I had time to make two cards. Off course I did the laundry, went for a walk with our dog etc. But nevertheless...........

Kazan from 2S4Y made a beautiful card. The sketch was great. The owl is a stamp, I embossed it and cut it out. Berdien (designer of 2S4Y) made a bonus sketch and I wanted to try that one too.

Laura's sketch 22

Vanochtend eerst mijn huishoudelijke "verplichtingen" afgehandeld. Daarna heerlijk geknutseld.
Laura had weer een mooie schets bij 2S4Y.
De cricut gebruikt natuurlijk. Daarmee heb ik de vorm van kaart gesneden, wel met behulp van de design studio zodat ik twee vormen tegen elkaar kan zetten. Het is dus gewoon een "dubbele" kaart. Vind de cricut geweldig! Nu nog meer cartridges ;).
De spacers die ik gebruikt heb onder de brads heb ik van Eveline gekregen voor mijn verjaardag. Ik heb nog meer leuke scrapspulletjes van haar gekregen en ben er heel blij mee!

I used my new cricut to make the shape of the card. I have the design studio too, it came with the cricut. I placed two shapes next to each other and I had a "double" card :)
I am so glad with the cricut, now I need some more cartridges ;)
The spacers I used Eveline gave me on my birthday. I am very glad with all the presents she gave me. Thanks Eveline!
